With the rapid development of our education, teachers are now badly needed. But not many of the graduates don't want to be teachers. They think that teachers' work too hard and are not well paid. Besides, most students are from one-child family. Teaching these students are even more difficult now. 　　To our delight, some girls are willing to be teachers.
