18.The pace of modern life makes stress management a necessary skill for everyone.Learning to identify problems and settle them is the key to successful stress reduction.
First of all,identify your stress causes.(36)ESome causes of stress are easy to identify,such as job pressures,relationship problems or financial difficulties.But daily demands such as arranging child care also can contribute to your stress level.
(37)AIf you got married,started a new job and bought a new house in the same year,you could have a high stress level.
Once you've identified your stress causes, you can start thinking about ways to deal with them.(38)GFor example,if you have a difficult time falling asleep because you're stressed out, the solution may be as easy as turning off the TV when the evening news is too upsetting.
Other times, such as high demands at work or when a loved one is ill, you may only be able to change how you react to the situation.
Don't feel like you have to figure it out all on your own.(39)CYou may want to ask them what stress-relief techniques have worked well for them.And remember to keep a healthy lifestyle一eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly and get enough sleep. It will help you manage periods of high stress.
(40)BAnd stress management isn't an overnight cure.But with practice,you can learn to manage your stress level and increase your ability to deal with life's challenges.

A.Positive events also can be stressful.
B.Stress won't disappear from your life.
C.Seek help and support from family and friends.
D.Do you know anyone who isn't at times stressed out these days?
E.When or under what situations do you experience the most stress?
F.Many people benefit from daily practice of stress-reduction techniques.
G.Identifying what aspect of the situation you can control is a good starting point.

根据后句causes of stress are easy to identify,such as job pressures,relationship problems or financial difficulties分析了压力的原因,如:工作、关系、钱等,所以前句是分析压力的原因,故选E.
If you got married,started a new job and bought a new house in the same year,you could have a high stress level.
Once you've identified your stress causes, you can start thinking about ways to deal with them一旦你识别压力来源,就开始考虑如何对付,所以这是一个好的开始点,故选G.
Don't feel like you have to figure it out all on your own这句话告诉我们别想必须靠自己,你可以找朋友家人帮忙,故选C.

It proposes(建议)the government consider air pollution at every stage of the planning process. This could extend to where new housing is sited and recommending that developers build new houses with the living room situated furthest away from roads.
"Schools and nurseries should be sited away from main roads,"says NICE.But it also ants to see drivers educated on how to reduce pollution. This could include switching the ngine off when they are dropping people off,or making deliveries, and avoiding rapid ccelerations(加速)and decelerations.

There's nothing his friends can do that Ben Underwood won't attempt and conquer.Doctors suspect that Ben Underwood has developed super-hearing to make for his loss of sight. However, tests show that he has only normal hearing. So,has Ben's brain learned to translate the sound he hears into visual information?
