Is a Training Class or Family Teacher Necessary?
More and more middle school students are going to all kinds of training classes or having family teachers at the weekend. There are two different viewpoints about it.
Some people think that with the teachers¡¯ direction, the students can study better. Also they can strengthen what they have learnt in class. And they can learn more as well.
The others think that the students who always need training classes or family teachers are more likely to form a bad habit--they may become unable to study by themselves. On the other hand, students need rest, for they are very tired after a week¡¯s study. What¡¯s more, there are many training classes and family teachers who intend for money not for education!
In my opinion, not every student needs a training class or a family teacher. But if it is a suitable one and the student has enough energy for it, that¡¯s all right. After all, getting more knowledge is not a bad thing. Therefore, those students who have spare time, spare money and spare energy can have one as they like. Those who don¡¯t have these needn¡¯t worry about it. Self study is also very good!
