I live in Lanshan District, which is the center of the city．There are many shops and places of entertainment and it is convenient to go shopping and relax ourselves． 　　But there are some annoying problems．The worst of them is the heavy traffic．We have more cars than the city can bare and every day the roads are full of various cars and the whole city is full of waste gas given out of them．Another problem is that there are too many street lamps, which make the night so bright that no star can be seen and even it is hard for citizens to fall asleep． 　　So I hope the council can do something to make our transportation more smooth and convenient and the night quiet and comfortable． Lin Fan
