In my opinion，it is very important to take a break between classes．Otherwise students will feel tired both physically and mentally．During the ten-minute break，we can do something to get rid of tiredness．What we need is to have a real rest，instead of getting more exhausted．So relaxation in that period is really of great benefit to us．
