The first thing to keep in mind is that work is not all your life. Appropriate rest and entertainment should be part of it. Secondly, it is important to keep a healthy and balanced diet. Staying away from junk food and eating healthy food like vegetables and fish will benefit you. Thirdly, enough and regular exercise is a source of health. Running, swimming and ball games are all good forms of exercise. Of course, good health means being both physically and mentally healthy. Keeping an optimistic state of mind will contribute to a good physical state.
