Dear Peter,

    I’m Li Hua, chairman of the student union． I’d like to make a brief introduction of the school to you．

    Our school is located in the south of the city covering an area of 120 acres with the total teaching staff over 200． It has 48 classes and the number of the existing students is about 3,000． There is an office building, 3 teaching buildings, a lab building, a gym as well as a plastic playground． The school has a peaceful environment and is well equipped with good teaching facilities with a computer and multimedia in each classroom． In recent years our school has been enjoying a good reputation because of its education outcomes． Each year hundreds of students are admitted to universities all over the country．

    We hope you’ll create a good atmosphere for us to learn English and help us improve our oral English and broaden our horizon．
