Last month, I had a survey on ¡°Breakfast and Health¡± in our school. According to the result, 86% of the students surveyed have milk, eggs or steamed buns for breakfast. They think that the learning task in the morning is very hard and it¡¯s necessary and important to have breakfast to have enough energy.
However, the survey also shows that 14% of the students interviewed have no breakfast. Some of them take along fruits or snacks to school and have them during breaks. The reasons are different. Some of them say that they have no appetite to eat while others have just no time for breakfast.
In my opinion, no meals are more important than breakfast if we want to keep fit.
