Dear American friend,
I¡¯m a boy student from China£®I¡¯m 18 and I¡¯m an optimistic person. I feel happy all day. But recently, a problem has been troubling me. I have several good friends in my class. I often lend them things, such as pens, books, radio, Walkman and so on. But some of them don¡¯t take care of them at all. My Walkman has been broken twice and most of the books are messy when they are returned£®I deeply love these things, especially books. Sometimes, when I ask them to take good care of my things, or I don¡¯t lend things to them because I don¡¯t carry these things with me, I can see their unfriendly facial expressions. I¡¯m afraid that they consider me as a penny pincher, which I don¡¯t like to be. I really don¡¯t want to lose my friends over this. But how can I solve the problem? Do you mind giving me some advice?
Thank you very much.
Li
