Here’s why: Most factory-produced foods taste great for the first 3 or so bites. After that they begin to taste uninteresting. If you slow down to chew them thoroughly, they’ll taste pretty disgusting. Natural foods, however, stay interesting as you chew them.

A few years ago, my younger brother and I went to Norfolk, Virginian by plane. , before we took off, we heard the pilot’s voice throughout the plane, “sorry for the delay, ladies and gentlemen.
