feel tired. We should enjoy healthy eating instead of going on diets or skipping meals. Drinking 6-8 glasses
of water every day is also important for good health.
     Studies show that teenagers should spend at least 30 minutes exercising five days a week. It helps to
keep them in good health. What's more, plenty of sleep every night is of importance for teenagers' health.
In fact, loss of sleep or lack of sleep can make you not only look tired but also gain weight.
