Recently, we did a survey about whether the students of Senior 3 should take physical exercise or not among us Senior 3 students. 70%of them hold the opinion that we should have daily physical activities, such as doing some running, doing morning exercises, playing table tennis and basketball etc., but time shouldn¡¯t be too long. They believe taking exercise can make us strong and healthy, avoiding suffering from diseases, and that doing proper exercise can relax us to give our brain a good rest so that we can review better. However,30% of the students take physical exercise as a waste of time. They hold the opposite opinion that taking exercise may make us students exhausted and get hurt while doing exercise, and we will become overexcited after taking exercise, as a result of which, it will take us a long time to return to normal before reviewing our lessons.
