One day Mr. Smith and his grandson were fishing by the river. Suddenly Mr. Smith managed to catch a fish. Both the grandfather and the grandson were very happy and then they set off for their home. After they got home, Mr. Smith was going to cut the fish with a knife for lunch. But the grandson felt sorry for the poor fish. So he asked his grandfather not to kill it and to set it free. Mr. Smith agreed and they went back to the river at sunset. To their surprise, hardly had they thrown the fish into the river when it was swallowed by a bigger fish.
