1.去掉was

考查语态。句意：渴望已久的寒假终于到了。Arrive 到达，不能用被动语态。因为arrive是不及物动词，没有被动。故要把was 去掉。

2.加of

考查固定搭配。句意：我们迫不及待地冲出教室。Rush out of …，冲出教室。故要加of .

3.late 改为later

考查副词。一小时之后我的好朋友李明和我在回家的路上。

4.such 改为so

5.exciting改为excited 。

考查过去分词作表语。Feel+adj.，excite 修饰人是用ved形式。此处是修饰人的，要用动词的ved形式作表语。句意：我们都感到兴奋的……

6.week 改为weeks

考查名词复数。四个星期。故要用复数形式。故week要改为weeks。

7.a 改为an

考查冠词。An old lady’s pocket ，old 是元音开头，所以要用an
