_______________________________________________________________________________________ The Olympic Games will be held in Beijing in 2008. It will be one of the greatest international sports
meetings of the 21st century. Over one hundred countries will send their teams to take part in the
Olympics. Every country hopes to win as many medals as it can. I think that many new buildings and
stadiums will be built, roads will be widened, and all the places will be well decorated to welcome the
guests from around the world. When China hosts the Olympic Games, it will be a good chance for the
Chinese people to show the world their warmth. As a student, I should learn English harder than ever
before. I also want to be a volunteer to help foreign friends.
