As far as I know, when you travel, you didn¡¯t want your bags to be so heavy to carry. Still, there are thing you need to pack. First, you need the water bottle. Next, you need a warm coat and comfortably walking shoes. You should not always carry chocolate because it helps you to feel less tiring. You should prepare it at advance. You are supposed to read about the introduction of the country you are visiting. It is important to learn the language speaking in the country. It will be much harder to get food in another country if you don¡¯t know how to ask for it. I would appreciate if you could share more with me.

When it comes to food coloring, why should we have to prove just exactly how and why the substance causes a negative effect on the people who consume it before we can ¡¾1¡¿ it ? If this were a necessary or meaningful food ingredient (²ÄÁÏ) in any way, sure, that would be a reasonable standard. But food coloring has no nutritional value. Why are we ¡¾2¡¿ it?

Most likely because it helps companies sell products. Pretty food pays off because aesthetics (ÃÀѧ) in food does ¡¾3¡¿. We have relied on ¡¾4¡¿ cues (°µÊ¾) for thousands of years to help us determine what is edible, nutritious, and safe to eat. Man has adapted to appreciating natural colors, including a varity of green, red, pink, orange, yellow, and purple produce. Colors ¡¾5¡¿ that food is ripe (³ÉÊìµÄ) or that it contains healthy compounds. Because of that ¡¾6¡¿ background, color is money for food manufacturers. Children are especially attracted to a variety of bright, vibrant colors and succumb to (Çü´ÓÓÚ) targeted marketing.

Food aesthetics can also affect how we look at taste. In one study, when subjects were given sugar water in different ¡¾7¡¿ of red, they reported that the deep red drinks tasted sweeter than the light red ones. We¡¯ve been programmed to expected certain things from certain colors. Another study showed people had a harder time ¡¾8¡¿ drink flavors when the drinks did not have the expected colors. We expected what nature has taught us, and even though our food system has changed dramatically in the past several decades, our expectations have yet to ¡¾9¡¿ up. Food companies can instead use this knowledge to ¡¾10¡¿ us and make their processed products appear more delicious.

Donald Trump ¡¾1¡¿ his place as the United States¡¯ 45th president after crossing the 270 electoral vote threshold(Ãż÷) on November 9. The 70-year-old Republican will take over from Barack Obama, a two-term president to occupy the White House.

The rise of Trump, a celebrity businessman with no previous experience in the ¡¾2¡¿ or elected office, surprised nearly everyone in politics. Trump¡¯s victory over Clinton will end eight years of Democratic ¡¾3¡¿ of the White House. He will govern with Congress fully under Republican control and lead a country deeply ¡¾4¡¿ by his campaign against Clinton. Given the numerous Republicans who never backed him, Trump will have to face divisions within his own party, too.

As he claimed victory, Trump urged Americans to ¡°come together as one united people.¡± ¡°I pledge to every citizen of our land that I will be president for all Americans,¡± he said in his victory speech. Striking a ¡¾5¡¿ tone, Trump continued that he would ask a few of those who had chosen not to support him for ¡¾6¡¿ and help so that ¡°we can work together and unify our great country.¡±

As president, Trump¡¯s government agenda remains unclear. The president-elect has promised to bring changes to the United States. He said he would build a wall along the U.S-Mexico border to stop immigrants from coming into the country ¡¾7¡¿, suspend immigration from countries with ties to terrorist groups, and ¡¾8¡¿ with foreign governments such as those of Russia and China. Trump has also promised to prioritize the economic growth that creates jobs and ¡¾9¡¿ incomes for all Americans.

Trump is a wild card, many voters said, but he definitely has a chance to be a successful president as long as he recognizes the responsibilities he ¡¾10¡¿ and follows through on his promises.

Last Saturday I went to the Great Wall with some of my friends. In our way up,we saw many volunteers working in the sun. They helped the elders with their bags, took photo for some tourists and answered people's questions.Because they were very tired, they didn't stop to have a rest.Just at the moment,we saw a little boy standing alone, cried. We went over and asked what is the matter. From his answer we knew he couldn't find her mother. We told him not to worry and then we tried to get in the touch with his mother with the phone number he had given us. Twenty minutes late, his mother turned up,and thanked us again and again. That day we enjoyed the beauty of the Great Wall, and felt the warm of the society. If everyone can reach out helping to others, the world will be more harmonious.

Alfred Nobel Rests in Peace

People like Martin Luther King Jr,Nelson Mandela,Aung San Suu Kyi,Kofi Annan,Lech Walesa and Mother Teresan have become famous all around the world. And what do they have in common? They are all winners of the Nobel Pease Prize. But none of them would have received their prize and the ¡¾1¡¿ it brings if it had not been for one Swedish man ,Alfred Norbel.

When Alfred joined the Norbel family company,it had been developing explosives for many years,Aifred's father, lmmanuel, had started the family fortune by working for the Russian army to produce landmines and seamins, which are bombs that are put under the ground or in the sea,and ¡¾2¡¿ when people move over them. But the family made even more money by manufacturing intro-glycerine,which was an ¡¾3¡¿ but evry dangerous explosive. One day Aifred arrived home to find that his 20-year-old brother Emil had been killed in a nitro-glycerine explosion.Alfred became determined to invent a safer explosive. The result was dynamite, which became an ¡¾4¡¿ success all over the world.

Alfred Norbel always wanted dynamite to be used for peaceful means. And when it was used to blast a path for the Panama Canal in 1914 he couldn't have been ¡¾5¡¿ .Unfortunately,in the same year, the First World War started, and, when it ended four years later, dynamite had been used to take away the lives of thousands of young men.Alfred had always hated war and considered it to be ¡®the horror of horrors and the greatest of all crimes¡¯.To see his ¡¾6¡¿invention being used in this way made him very sad.

Sometime later Alfred's older brother Ludwig died.one newspaper ¡¾7¡¿ printed Aflred's obituary instesd of his brother's. The obituary described Alfred as a man who had become rich by inventing a weapon of mass ¡¾8¡¿ . When Alfred read this review of his life,he was wery unhappy and decided to do something about it.He decided that he would use the gread fortune that he had made to ¡¾9¡¿ people who had been working to promote good in socirty. The five awards he created were for physics, chemistry, medicine, literature and, most ¡¾10¡¿ ,peace. The Norbel Peace Prize was awarded to the person who had done the most,or the best, work to promote friendship between countries,to adolish armies and to hold and promote peace conferences.
