People often read e-books on computers or mobile phones, which easily strains their eyes. So, we shouldn’t spend too much time on it. Besides, it is advisable to avoid reading e-books at night in an inappropriate position.

People can download e-books from the Internet, but some of them are not carefully edited. For some readers, this may affect their understanding of the whole book. We should choose those carefully-edited e-books from online stores rather than the random websites.

Reading e-books in an appropriate way and choosing them from the right channel will benefit you a lot.
