   It's an honor to share my ideas with you about how to create a civilized campus．
As we all know，a civilized campus can create a comfortable studying environment for students．However，some improper behavior can be seen in our school，such as littering，picking flowers and so on．
   As far as I am concerned，the following measures should be taken：first of all，our school should set up strict rules against such behavior．Besides，the Students'union should check students'performances regularly，making sure everybody obeys the rules．Meanwhile，those who behave well should be praised，for they set a good example to the others．
It is everyone's responsibility to create a civilized campus．Only by working together can we achieve the goal．
