My new English teacher is pretty good. As for English study, I find that it is a little different from it used to be. For example, I used to do a lot of grammar exercises but now our teacher just asks us to read more books. I think it is a good way to read a lot and my English has been improved. However, I still listen to the radio every day, just as you told me to do so. And my teacher also thinks it is good to practice listening very often.
