As the form reflects，with the 2008 Olympic Games successfully held in Beijing，some positive changes have taken place in our school.

Before that，each week，only two PE lessons were scheduled，during which sometimes we were actually having lessons such as Chinese，Math，Physics and so on.Most students mainly cared for their studies and always neglected physical training.

Luckily，the school life has completely changed since the Olympics！Nowadays，in contrast，we spend more of our time doing physical exercise.Every day we are given one hour to organize some outdoor events along with our teachers.Having realized that good health can，in turn，help us to learn more productively，most of our fellow students begin to pay close attention to our physical health.
