At present, Internet Slang, such as “GG”, “MM”, “XiaoMi”, has become popular among the teenagers. Besides, these slangs are often found in magazines, newspapers, homework and even compositions in test papers. Should Internet Slang Be Forbidden?

There are different opinions on Internet Slang. Some students think Internet Slang is vivid, fashionable and full of humor and intelligence. Besides, Internet Slang makes chatting on the Internet quicker.

However, some other students think Internet Slang lacks depth of thought. What’s more, Internet Slang is not accepted by most people in society. And using too much Internet Slang may make people confused.
