    Nowadays, a lot of people believe going to college is the onlyway to bright future. But in my opinion,
college education is impor-tant but not a must in life,just as a famous saying goes, "All roadslead to
Rome".     
    Undoubtedly, college education has a positive effect on yourprofessional development if you want to
have a career such as law,engineering,chemistry or medicine, especially in a society full ofcompetition.     
    Alhough it can help you succeed in some way, college education is not essential to whether you are
successful or not in life. Forinstance, you can even become a brilliant movie star like JakieChan, or a
successful businessman like Bill Gates in a particularfield without higher education.    
    In conclusion, college education may be a good preparation butnot the only means to your future
success.
