My name is Tom, who is a customer of your travel agency. I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service of your travel agency.
First of all, during the trip the tour guide not only introduced too many activities at our own expense but also took us to so many different places to do shopping, which occupied much time. Besides, I don’t think the guide is competent enough because he had no good knowledge of the scenic spots and was rude to us. What’s worse, the food served tasted bad and the accommodation conditions were awful.
