As for myself, I don’t subscribe to the new policy and I prefer one-child policy in that the only one child can enjoy the privilege of being the center of attention and get all the love and care of the parents. Besides, because of lack of mutual help and because the parents can not be with the child all the time, the only one child is likely to develop an independent character that will enable him or her to be successful more easily in society. What’s more, it’ll be a heavy burden not only economically but physically both to young parents and other family members.

In conclusion, it’s a great challenge for young parents to welcome the second child.
