How nice to hear from you! In your letter you asked me how to keep healthy. I would like to offer you some advice.

As we all know, we teenagers grow very fast, so we need plenty of nutritious foods, such as fish, beans, fresh fruit and vegetables. You should not take in too much meat or too many sweets. Also, physical exercise is needed instead of studying all the time. For example, you can play basketball or swim after school. What is more, having enough sleep is of great benefit. Therefore, I sincerely suggest that you should have at least eight hours of sleep everyday and get rid of staying up too late. Only in this way can we keep fit.
