The 18-year-old deliveryman(快递员) Mao Zhaomu first hit the headlines(头条) in March after sending a text message in English to one of his customers, a student in Sichuan International Studies University.

“Hello, your phone was power off when I called you. Your meal have been put by me on the vending machine(自动售货机). Please carry it home after you see the message. Thank you. What is the most stressful thing in school? It is probably exams. Exams can put us under a lot of pressure. But some students do better under pressure. while others do not. So, why do some students perform better under stress?

It all comes down to dopamine(多巴胺). Dopamine is a chemical in our body that sends signals(信号) in the brain. It has many important roles: affecting memory, attention and how we learn. Our brains work best when there is a balance of dopamine--not too much or too little.

Our brains control dopamine in two ways. It either takes out dopamine quickly, or gradually. Exam success can be linked to how fast dopamine goes back to an even balance, according to new research from the University of Missouri, reported Yahoo.

What happens when we take an exam? If you become stressed, your brain will start to overload on dopamine. It is like a cup overflowing with water. The quicker you are able to go back to an even balance of dopamine, the quicker you can concentrate, helping you perform better on a test.

Scientists found that, during a test, people who slowly got back to an even balance of dopamine scored 8 percent lower. That’s the difference between a good mark and a bad mark.

But don’t fear, there is good news for every student. The study also found that the more practice you get, the less stress you’ll have.

So, it turns out that practice really does make perfect.

China Eastern Airline and other domestic airlines have begun to allow mobile phone use on their flights(航班) or announced plans to cancel the ban(禁令).

On Thursday, China Eastern Airlines and Hainan Airlines began to allow passengers to use portable electronic devices (PED), such as smartphones and tablets, but phones still have to be changed to airplane mode(飞行模式). Everyone can change the world

A friend wrote me a letter a few weeks ago. He felt hopeless at the time. He ended his letter with this question: “We can’t really change this crazy world we live in, can we?” 1. 他发现改变世界是如此难。But I replied to him and started my own letter with these words: “Yes, we most certainly can!”

I can still remember someone who changed my world. She was the music teacher at my elementary school. She was good at playing the guitar. I wanted to impress her2. 然而,我不知道如何演奏好任何乐器.

One day, she let me try playing her guitar. I did my best, but could only stumble along (断断续续地弹奏). 3.When I had done it, I put my head down, never feeling so embarrassed in my whole life. “I guess I am not very good,” I told her. She looked at me with her kind eyes, smiled at me and said, “We are all good at something. You just need to find out what you are good at. Then, you can share your goodness with the world.”

Those simple words changed me.4.They planted a seed (种子) in my heart that continues to grow to this day. They made me realize that I had something good inside of me. I just had to find it and share it.

Can you change the world? Yes, you can! You can change it through one choice, one person, and one kind act at a time.5. 你要做的所有事情就是分享你的擅长之处. Mother Teresa once said, “God doesn’t ask us to do great things, only small things with great love.” So make your love great!
