Mobile Phone Rules

What do you do in a situation(惰况) like this?

You're eating dinner with friends at a nice restaurant. You're having a great time when a phone rings at the table next to you. A man takes out his phone and starts talking loudly with his friend. He talks for almost ten minutes. This happens all the time-on buses, in restaurants, everywhere!

When someone next to you talks too loudly on a mobile phone, you may want to tell the loudmouth to end the conversation. Mobile phones are useful in our daily life but people should know some rules to use them. Here are a few rules.

Respect the rules of the public places ! If you see the words "turn off cell phones", in the restaurants and other public places, don't use your mobile phone.

Keep private(秘人的) conversations private! Speak softly and for a short time. Try to move away from other people.

Pay attention ! Talking on a mobile phone is dangerous while driving. And watch where you're going when you're walking down the street and talking on the phone.
