My favorite programs
Many people think that TV programs have little or no educational value (教育意义).It is true that lots of programs are meaningless. However, some programs are good and we can learn many things from them. Here are a few of my favorite programs.

People celebrate（庆祝）birthdays in almost every country on the earth. And they celebrate them in many different （不同的）ways.
In Brazil（巴西）, the special（特别的）birthday food aren’t birthday cakes, but special candies. In China, we eat noodles for a long life. And some people eat eggs for good luck. In Iceland（冰岛）, people have pancakes with candies inside them on their birthdays. In Holland（荷兰）, children not only get presents, but also give things out. They give cakes, cookies and candies to their classmates and teachers on their birthdays.
