Recently I’ve had a discussion with my parents about whether teenagers should take part in after-school clubs on weekends. As most families, my parents believe that children can learn more knowledge and useful skills in after-school clubs. And we can have fun making more friends in those clubs. We will have more chances to communicate with each other and play with our new friends. Therefore, we may make full use of our spare time.

However, in my opinion, after-school clubs are not attractive enough to our students. After one –week- busy study in school, we feel so tired that we could not stand keeping on learning any longer after school. Quite a number of students find it important to do things by themselves because they have their own hobbies and interests. Furthermore, we need time and freedom to relax in spare time resulting from the great pressure in schools.

   All in all, I hope we can plan things for ourselves.
