Today has been a great day for me! I have been working since a quarter past eight. This morning I got
up really early. At half past six, I got dressed and ate my breakfast. I was so nervous that I messed up.
When I got here I started taking pictures of Janine's show. Later the man from The Sentinel came to take
our pictures (I have never had my pictures taken so much!). I made two web pages. Jonathan, Becky and
Kristin were on the online team. They were great for help and organization (组织). I have put lots of
pictures into the 'BBC Radio Stoke School Day' gallery which was very interesting. I have learnt how to
take photos properly. The most enjoyable thing about today is seeing my work on the BBC Radio Stoke
website. It is very interesting and enjoyable.

Fangfang, a 15-year-old Chinese girl, likes eating snacks very much. She prefers cream biscuits, McDonald’s food, KFC, and Beijing roast duck. Sometimes she eats two packages of biscuits a day. As a result, she becomes overweight.

Today in China, there are many children like Fangfang. They like snacks. They don’t eat enough healthy foods like vegetables and fruit. It’s very bad for their health. Poor eating habits are a serious problem.

Health experts say that children should have healthy eating habits. First, they must eat regular meals and begin with a good breakfast. Second, they should have different kinds of foods, such as fruit, vegetables, grain, eggs, milk and meat and so on. Third, the children shouldn’t eat too many snacks and fried foods. They are delicious, but eating too much of them is unhealthy.

In a small town, there lived a doctor. He was good and kind. He was ready to go and help people. People always went to him when they were ill.

Many years later, the doctor began to forget things. People were afraid and little by little, they stopped going to him. The doctor saw his business wasn’t as good as before.
