     I am LiMing in Junior Three, Gangning Middle school,I am writing to tell youmost of us suffer 
from stress when we are taking an exam. 
      Some of us will feel dizzy or tired and others can not eat or sleep well, How can wedeal with 
our nervousness/stress? Our teachers give us some advice. 
      Firstly, we must work hard and make a carful plan to go over what we have learnedbefore the
 exam, Secondly, we should have enough sleep, which can keep us energetic inthe exam.And we 
can also take a warm bath or drink a cup of milk before going to bed.   
      In my opinion, we can go out for a walk or do some outdoor exercise to keepourselves relaxed.
Besides, w e can take a deep breath if we feel too nervous before theexam. Would you please tell us 
some more practical advice?
