Thirty engineers were working as a team in a company. They were young and eager to learn. The management decided to teach them about_________real solutions to problems.

A lady, in a cotton dress, and her husband, dressed in a homemade coat, stepped off a train. They walked into the office of a university without an appointment(约定).
“We want to see the president(校长),” the man said softly.
“He’ll be busy all day,” the secretary said.
“We’ll wait,” the lady replied.
For hours, the secretary didn’t pay any attention to them, hoping the couple would give up and go away. They didn’t. The secretary finally decided to tell the president about it. The president agreed to meet them. But clearly, he didn’t want to do it. When the couple went into the president’s office, the lady said: “We had a son who studied in this university for one year.
