Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to complain about the terrible service I have received from your company. On March 18 I ordered the latest F4 CDs on your website, which my father kindly paid for me with his credit card. Although in your ads you promise that I could get them the next day, I did not receive anything from you until a week later. When your CDs arrived, there were not the CDs I ordered.
I sent several e-mails to your Customer Services, but my messages were all returned. I think there is maybe an error in the address you give to customers! I also tried to call your helpline, but the line is always busy.
This is the first time I have used your company and I am very unhappy with the service you've offered. Please send me the correct CDs as soon as possible or give me a refund instead.
