When you are dangerous on the road you must call the traffic phone 110 for help; If you are in trouble about fire ,you'd better call the phone 119 and catch the wet towel on your mouth. Then you must go down the stairs quickly and  prohibit you to take the lift . It is very dangerous! You must run away quickly if you meet the bad person or you shout , and you may call for the help. In a word do not make a commotion when you are dangerous .To protect ourselves is very important !
