In recent years advances in medical technology have made it possible for people to live longer than in the past . New medicines and machines are developing every day to extend life. However, some people , including some doctors, are not in favor of these life extending measures, and they say that people should have the right(权利)to die when they want. They say that the quality of life is as important as life itself, and that people should not be forced to go on living when conditions of life have become unbearable . They say that people should be allowed to die with dignity(尊严)and to decide when they want to die. Others don’t agree and say that life under any conditions is better than death and that the duty of doctors is always to extend life as long as possible. And so the battle goes on and on without a definite (明确的)answer.

A lot of teens aren’t responsible(有责任感的),and that’s where I’m different. Not just about school but everyday things like being able to pay my own credit card(信用卡)bills on time.

     In Britain you're allowed to drive a car when you're seventeen.You have to get a special two-year
driving license before you start.When you're learning,  someone with full license always has to be in the
car with you. You don't have to go to a driving school --a friend can teach you. The person with you
isn't allowed to take money for the lesson unless he's got a teacher's license.
    Before you're allowed to have a full license, you have to take a driving test. You can take a test in
your own car, but it has to be fit for the road. In the test, you have to drive round for half an hour and
then answer a few questions. If you don't pass the test, you're allowed to take it again a few weeks later
if you want to.  In 1970, a woman passed her fortieth test after 212 driving lessons!    ,
