School days aren’t always the best days for many people--they can actually be stressful (有压力的)time.
Trouble keeping up in class
If you have trouble with your schoolwork, it can be easy to fall behind. This can really affect your confidence in yourself.
The thing to remember is that everyone’s way of learning is different, and difference doesn’t have to be a problem. You’d better find out what works for you, what you like, and how people can help you out.
Overcoming difficulties
There are lots of ways to overcome(克服) learning difficulties or problems. For example, talk to your teachers about how tough you find your schoolwork is! They can help you learn and might be able to give you extra help, or encourage you to work with other people.
Talking about it.
Talk to someone you trust about how you feel. You might need to talk to someone about how it makes you feel and what’s on your mind.
Make time to talk to your parents, friends or teachers about the things that upset(使心烦) you. And maybe they can help you overcome them.
Making the school a better place to be
The school can be a really unhappy place if you meet any of these problems, but it doesn't have to be. It's a good idea to talk about your concerns with someone you trust.
