     The rivers in our city used to be clean. I used to go fishing with my grandpa in these rivers,but now a lot of wasle has been dumped into the rivers. They are not clean any more. If we don't do anything to stop pollution, fish and plants in these rivers may disappear soon. People may not be able to get drinking water from these rivers. Something should be done right now. The water in these rivers should be cleaned. The factories shouldn't be allowed to put their waste into the rivers. People should be taught the importance of protecting our environment. Then in 20 years,we can go fishing and swimming again with our children in the rivers.
