It's not good to go to bed late and sleep on weekends. People must go to bed and get up at the same time every morning. And then they can fall asleep easily and have enough sleep. They can look well and have enough energy(能量) to study or work.
Not sleeping enough, people can also sleep more. Sleeping late on weekends can make people more tired because they are sleeping outside of their schedule(时间表). How much sleep people need is very different. While some people need 8 to 10 hours of sleep a night, others only need 5 hours.
