Dear Editor,
I’ m writing to tell you about a food poisoning accident. Several days ago, my neighbor ate a bag of food buying from the market. After the meal, they had stomachaches and their faces turn pale. Fortunately, one of their friends found the accident and immediately called on an ambulance, which carried them quickly to a hospital. After several hours’ treatment they final escaped from death. As some illegal businessmen are only interested on making profits to become rich quickly, we seldom care about the necessary safety measures or care which happens to consumers. They must be charged by law. Meanwhile, I do hope whole society can realize the important of food safety and begin taking action together to make sure food is safe.

In my view, the Internet is helpful. It is known to all, the Internet is playing a important part in our daily life. On the Internet, we can read news home and abroad and got as much information as we can. We can also attend to the net school and read many books. We can even do shopping online. Beside, our ability to operate the computer can be improved great.     
So we should not be addicted to the Internet, or we'll get our life and study destroying. In addition, we should keep off the harmful website. Anyhow, this doesn't prevent the Internet from becoming our friend.

My friend Henry, with him I studied in the same class, didn’t like studying at school. That’s because he couldn’t go to high school. He had to return back to his hometown, where his father wished him to learn to manage our small shop. However, the young man was not interesting in it and didn’t do as his father said. This morning on my way to school I was deep moved by what I saw outside a bank. An old man was counting his money in the front of the bank. Suddenly a young man came running and knocked him down. To make things bad, his money was lying in all direction. In no time the people around rush to pick the money up while the old man stood there, not know what to do. Surprisingly, everyone gave back the money they had just picked. The old man counted the money again and found that not a single bill was missed. Playing the violin was once one of my dream．Because of lack of practice and playing skills，I did it very bad in the beginning and was often laughing at by other students．Gradually，I lost confidence to myself and wanted to give up．But my teacher told me．“Nothing was easy．Struggle is a vital part of our life．”Heard that，I pushed myself harder and began making a rapid progress．Eventually，I won the first place in a violin competition．
From his experience．I’ve learned a lesson that it is struggle which leads us to success．As long as we don’t give up and learn from our mistakes，we are sure overcome whatever difficulties we’re faced with．

Last year, my school organized table tennis competition for all fourth-year students. I had never played on a proper table tennis court ago, or against such good players. In the first match I was against Wang Peng, who uses a special bat to hit the balls really hard. It came over the net so fast that he hardly saw it. I never stopped running and jumping, and soon I was out of my breath and had very little energy leaving. 1 was sure if Wang Peng would easily beat me, but then, sudden, he stopped.
