The objectives of the program are:
● Fostering companionship and setting foundation for positive, lifelong relationships between parent and child
● Increased understanding of one another
● Expanded awareness of spirit, mind and body
● Great memories

The nationwide affilicated(隶属的) program sponsored by local YMCA’s and part of the National Council of YMCA’s
A smaller group of families called a “circle”
What Is the Time Commitment?
● Program runs from October to May (ending with the Memorial Day Parade)
● One “circle” activity per month ( one circle decides on fees and dates)
Additional all participant activities (scheduled by Wilton Family Y) —additional fees and registration required.

● Registration is on-going. Registration forms are available online under “Registration”.
● You will be notified by the Wilton Family Y of which “circle” you and your child are in and who your “circle” leader is.
● You will be notified by your “circle” leader as to when your first parent/child “circle” meeting will take place.

"She was lying, tired, on the street around Yajiang, Sichuan province," he said. "So we fed her, and then she followed our team.”
"We felt she might want to come along with us, so we decided to bring her along to the end." A week later, Zhang and his buddies opened a micro blog account for her. "We thought the dog was encouraging us, and wanted others to know its story," he said. They created the name Xiao Sa by combining xiao meaning "little" with the last syllable of Lhasa.
During their journey, Xiao Sa, Zhang and his team covered more than 1,700 kilometers and climbed 10 mountains higher than 4,000 meters. Xiao Sa just ran up the mountains or along dirt roads.
"Many people stopped cycling in some sections, then took the bus, but the dog made it," he said. Zhang put the dog on the back of the bike when the team was riding downhill. "The speed can reach 70 kilometers per hour, impossible for the dog to catch us."
Zhang Heng, who accompanied Xiao Sa for 20 days, called her "a buddy and a friend". "I would like to take the dog home and take care of her. She has been a stray on the road for a long time. She needs a home."

                                Autumn blues? Let the sunshine in falling leaves, withering flowers, cold winds, faint sunshine．For many people late autumn can be a season of gloom and depression．Spirits can be low．

Another theory is that brain chemicals that transmit information between nerves may be altered in individuals with SA  D．It is believed that exposure to light can correct these imbalances．

"It is a sad season, but you can try to make it happy．Remember, spring always lives in your heart," Chen says．

     Here are some tips to deal with autumn depression．

- Go outdoors and get some sunlight．Move around．Fresh air and exercise improve the respiratory（呼吸） system and blood circulation and regulate the nervous system．Thus, exercise is calming and relieves one's mood．

- Relax at work．Stretch, breathe deeply．Take a tea break．Think of your next vacation．

- Keep a chocolate bar in your pocket．Chocolate and sugar raise the spirits．

- Look at bright colors, such as red and orange．Color therapy improves mood．

- Listen to your favorite music．You can dance to it, or just lie on a cozy couch, reading a novel．

- Decorate your room and work space with flowers．Blooming plants are cheering．

- Call friends or family when you feel lonely or depressed．Recall some happy memories．
