学校将举行一次英语学习经验交流会，班主任安排你在会上谈谈“如何提高英语听力”的学习体会。请根据提示写一篇演讲稿。

大多数初学者都很难听懂英国或者美国人的谈话，这不奇怪，但只要我们注意做到以下三点，就可以逐步提高自己的听力。

1．循序渐进，听与自己实际水平相符的材料；

2．固定学习一套教程(course)，直至学好为止；

3．经常收听电台的英语新闻节目。
