Dear Mr. Heimer,

Thank you for the fine arrangements that were made for me last December. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay this December. I will arrive on the morning of December 7 and hope that a room can be used from noon. I will leave on the morning of December 12.I would very much appreciate it if you could arrange for a ground-level oceanfront room.

Thank you again for everything you have done to make my previous stays memorable.
