Ways to fight the flu
The flu is annoying enough on its own. In order to keep yourself from it, follow these tips.
★Get the flu vaccine(疫苗). It’s the best way to protect yourself against the flu.     1       It also helps the people around you because there’s less chance you will catch the flu and pass it on.
★Wash your hands often. Hand washing is an important way to protect against germs(细菌) like flu viruses.       2     So get in the habit of washing your hands when you come home from school, the mall, or anywhere else where you are around a lot of people.

      4       You don’t want to pass your germs to someone else. And staying home is a great excuse to watch your favorite movie, play video games, or read to have a good rest.          5          
You also can fight the flu by getting enough sleep, eating healthy foods, drinking plenty of water, and getting regular exercise.

To forgive may be great, but no one every said it was easy. When someone has deeply hurt you, it can be extremely difficult to let go of your anger. But forgiveness is possible—and it can be surprisingly beneficial to your physical and mental health.   1.

  2    As the class goes on, for example, you will probably spend a good deal of time organizing your speeches. While this may seem like a purely mechanical(机械的)exercise, it is closely connected with critical thinking. If the structure of your speech is loose and confused, chances are that your thinking. If the stucture of your speech is loose and confused, chances are that your thinking is also discovered and confused. If, on the other hand ,the stucture is clear, there is a good chance your thinking is too. Organizing a speech is not a matter of arraging the ideas your already have.    3

If you have trouble sleeping, the American Sleep Disorders Association suggests that, for a week or two, you put down the time you go to bed, get up, exercise, and drink coffee, tea or wine. The purpose is to find the habits that may affect your sleep.

d.Go to bed at the same time every night. Set your alarm clock for the same time every morning and get up at that time, whether or not you sleep well.

e.Use the bedroom only for sleep. Read, watch TV, eat and talk elsewhere.

f.Take sleeping pills according to your doctor’s directions and don’t take them for longer than three weeks at a time.

g.If you haven’s fallen asleep within 15 minutes of going to bed, don’t turn over worrying about it. Get up and read or watch TV until you are sleepy, then return to bed.
