Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the poor service I receive when I traveled with your airline on 30th January.I flew from London to New York on Flight TMN 108and I was completely disappointing.The service was very slow but careless.When I asked for a glass of water that took the flight attendant half an hour to bring one.To make matter worse,the glass which she brought were dirty.What's more,the food was cold and tasted terribly.
I am very much dissatisfied indeed.I would like apology.I hope to hear about you as soon as possible.
