       If you want to protect your eyesight, I advise you to let y our eyes rest after a certain amount of time of study. You should do eye exercises every day, at least twice a day. You should go to the hospital to have an eye examination regularly, at least once a year. You mustn’t read while lying in bed, in too bright or dark light or in a moving vehicle. You’d better not rub your eyes with your hands; and it is bad for your eyesight if you don’t wear sunglasses on bright days.
