I’m an exchange student from China. Yesterday, I went to your cinema to see a film. The film was very good, but I found some problems during the film.

First, when we were waiting for the film, there were so many ads that the film was late. Second, the sound of the film was too loud. I think it will be harmful to the people’s ears. Third, the brand of the safe exit was not clear enough, so there was the potential safety hazard. What’s worst, there’s no parking area available intended for the disabled and the elderly, which is very inconvenient to them.
