Water shortage
China's many cities are now going thirsty. What has caused the shortage? The main reason is that growing
population and new industries demand more water. But the most important reason is serious pollution of water
resources. As eccomomic systems have developed in our country, water pollution has been going from bad to
worse. In addition to these, some areas are suffering from drought after years of poor rainfall.
To solve the problem of water shortage , firstly, cities should work out a plan of how to make the best use
of water suppply. Secondly, we should do our best to balance water resources and industrial development.
Thirdly, we should persuade citizens to economize on water.
With the operation of the action, the cities will be free of being worried about water shortage.
