1. One hundred years ago my grandmother started school. She was seven, and she went to twenty schools until she reached Year Three at age of go to school any longer.
2. Grandmother usually walked to school, together with her brother and sister. Sometimes they walked about seven kilometers from home to school, and the same distance back home, in hot sun and in pouring rain.
